Delivery Policy

Mainland UK orders only

Next Day Delivery is available (excluding Highlands, Islands and overseas) for orders placed before 1pm Monday-Thursday, Items under 2kg are sent by first class post .  All other orders are sent by courier services on next day courier. Due to the delivery of good being fulfilled by third party companies no guarantees are offered.

Returns Policy

At NETS we will happily exchange or refund your unused purchase if you return it within 14 days of receipt, please note we need notification within 7 days of receipt. We recommend you use Royal Mail recorded or special delivery or a courier as we cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of goods. Please enclose a copy of the original receipt or invoice.

• The returned items should be unused in its original packing undamaged including any attached labels & tags.
• We will issue the refund (or send out an exchange) within 28 days from the date of purchase of original item(s).
• We will reimburse return postage & packing costs for up to 28 days after purchase
• Refund on postage & packing does not include the cost of the original postage and packaging or return post if the goods are not damaged or faulty.
• Exchange (not faulty) goods may incur a further postage & packing charge.

Orders Outside Mainland UK

Please note all orders outside mainland UK may be subject to change with regard to shipping. Third party courriers ship via volumetric weight. Please be assured that if changes to shipping costs that do occur North East Tackle Supplies will contact customers prior to shipping. Any changes to shipping costs not agreed by both parties a full refund will be offered.
