The Shimano Aero XR Reel series from Shimano include the smallest 3000 model, the mid-sized 4000 model and the largest 5000 model. All use a G-Free CI4+ body and rotor, with advanced HAGANE gearing for peerless performance. With their super smooth waterproof drags, and an additional anti-reverse facility, you can play fish directly off the drag when using stronger lines, by back-winding when using fine lines, or by using a combination of both.

The smallest Shimano Aero XR 3000 size is perfect for all float fishing and close range feeder fishing, the mid-sized 4000 is ideal for larger float work or mid range feeder fishing and the largest 5000 size is ideal for longer feeder work or mid-range heavy feeder work. With a G-Free CI4+ body and rotor all models are remarkably light, with the 4000 size weighing only 250g, which is a noticeable reduction compared to competitor models of the same size. An additional advantage which you can feel is the precision of the lightweight rotation, which is a result of the CI4+ Rotor construction and the HAGANE Gear technology developed by Shimano

Next Day Delivery service (tracked and signed for) is available (excluding Highlands, Islands Northern Ireland and overseas) for orders placed before 11:00am Monday-Thursday (Please note there is a 24 hour processing time for this service), Orders under 2kg and under £40.00 are sent by courier on a 3-5 working day service (tracked and signed for).

All items larger than 61cm on any one side or larger than 0.005 cubic meters (5 Litres) including packing are sent on a tracked and signed next day service. Any item over 1.1m or 0.005 cubic meters (5 Litres) including packing requires an individual quotation, this is for all areas including mainland UK. Due to the delivery of goods being fulfilled by third party companies no guarantees are offered.

Please note all orders outside mainland UK may be subject to change with regard to shipping. Third party couriers ship via volumetric weight. Please be assured that if changes to shipping costs that do occur North East Tackle Supplies will contact customers prior to shipping. Any changes to shipping costs not agreed by both parties a full refund will be offered.
