Here at North East Tackle Supplies Ltd we want to ensure your satisfaction with our services which is second to none.

Making a Purchase
Making a purchase is very easy. Select your item(s) you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart, and select "Order" and you will be asked details that we need to be able to process the order. All orders are subject to availability of stock. Sometimes we may have to cancel your orders if we are out of stock of items which are discontinued.

Our acceptance of an order takes place on dispatch of the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping outside the UK your bank will transfer from your countries currency to Sterling.

We accept all major credit cards and you can also pay via PayPal.

Delivery Schedule
If the order is received before 1pm we will dispatch it on the same day. We will normally deliver your order in 1-3 working days. International orders are generally received in within 5-6 working days.  All delivery times are for items in stock and are based on 3rd party deliveries.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.

Tax Charges
UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We use Sage Pay for our secure payment gateway.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee. All damages or defects need to be reported to North East Tackle within 7 days of delivery. All returned product must be unused and in original packaging.
