We carry Uptide rods from all the leading suppliers including Greys and Shimano.
The Idea of an uptide rod for boat fishing is to have the rod a little longer than a traditional boat rod anywhere up to 9ft. Casting weights can be 4 to 8oz or 6 to 10oz, the rods need a soft tip so the grip lead does not pull out with a large bow of line.
