The reels here are for offshore boat fishing and big game fishing, so if you are off to the tropics targeting Tuna or Marlin or deep sea fishing over wrecks for big Cod and Conger the reels here are for you.
When targeting some most powerful fish in the sea like big Halibut in Norway or Tiger Sharks off the Florida coat stopping power is all important, some of the drag pressures on reels in this section are huge up to 50lbs.
Fast running species such as Sailfish need large line capacities and pre set lever drag options are a must. For deep sea speed jigging high retrieve ratios and two speed reel options are a real bonus.
